Panigale 1299R Build

I might have a bit of a go. :)

I think I'm still only about 1/3 of the way through the instructions.

Weather is rubbish, having an easy day so did another few hours while listening to Sky Sports Centre (Wish I hadn't bothered with that crap. :poop: )

Started with this.

Started on the front suspenders.

Brake discs & Wheels (Those little circlips and washers were a mare. :(

I did straighten that Ohlins decal, I never noticed I had knocked it while it was still wet.

Had to soak the tyre in boling water as it was a pig, it was a doddle after that.

Then fitted the front end.

You might have to buy another one when this is finished Rob, you got the hang of it now, nicer to have a collection of these instead of a helmet collection😇🤷🏻‍♂️

A bit more. It's very theraputic. :) But bloody fiddly at times.

Swing arm.

All of these decals had to be fitted to the rear wheel. Some are <1mm in width. A craft knife, a magnifying glass and hands like an octopus required.

There is one small screwdriver for the rear hub, nothing else. 🤷‍♂️ What do you expect for £1,400 rrp?
You can get them less than half price (as you did I think) but if they had done a 1098R it would have been worth double it's RRP by now 🤣
