A bit of history for you...

They fitted out 2 x 1999 Yamaha R1's and 1 x Ducati 998 with the system - I wonder where the 998 is now :unsure:

It looked a bit of a lazy project given how many early electric bicycles used the same system for the front wheel

They can’t of been that good .... Steve McQueen made em look stupid on his one wheel drive Triumph BMW look alike..

Perhaps BMW dropped the concept and preferred the old “Bavarian Motor Works” Title rather than ....

wait for it...

Both My Wheels are powering this motorcycle don’t you know.... X
