wanted a 748 for years mate so i know how you feel.saw a 748r in a dealer on saturday been thinking how to buy/afford and justify having it ever since.

Can anyone help me with the differences between them...the 748's that is. From what I can tell there's the following:

748 E
748 R
748 S
748 SP
748 SPS

As for the UKMOC thing, ahh mate...I just chucked in a wee idea hoping that someone who knew what they were doing, and liked doing that sort of thing [can you tell I don't put myself into either of those catagories ]...could do something with it.

I'm really hoping I'll have the bike on the road for next weekend. I'm still waiting on the new oil lines from Goodridge. They did send them last week, but they got the sizes wrong

dont buy any .....these ones available now are just brazen hussies trying to tempt you .....next year youll find the perfect one sitting in a garage having done 800 miles then the owner got a fright and locked it away .....if you buy now youll miss it
