For fans of Laverda ( or for that matter anyone interested in classic race bikes) one of the Laverda sites has just posted a video, footage is from Spa this year and includes the legendary 6 in the pits with Pietro and out on the race circuit as well as numerous SFC 750's .

This is the "small" version of the video, so is the most compressed one
(43 Meg), and is a lower quality, a better quality will be available soon in P2P. I'm also hoping to get a DVD quality copy which i can then copy and burn for anyone who wants one.
 
There were quite a few 750 SF converted to SFC spec and this could be one of those. If it is an SFC then it is very rare and has a status along with MV Boxers and Americas of the 70's and Gold stars and Black Shadows etc. These were changing hands for around £15k years ago. I think it's either a con in that the seller is pretending not to know exactly what it is to sucker someone in!? In 1991 wnen I went to Italy on my Laverda there was a SFC registery meeting at the same time, the only souvenir I collected were two T-shirts with every machine number made and it's owner on the back if they knew who it was. I wore the T-shirts for about ten years and then sold em on fleabay for about $25 I still have the email from the buyer who has several Laverdas and some Ducatis as well!

Found a bit more about SFC etc and I think that one is a fake because apart from the very obvious Jota pipes which were only on UK models it has a handle to put it on the centre stand which the SFC don't have.
