I’ve run a fine tooth comb through Car and classic and Autotrader for weeks now, and I’ve been to see a few but none that hit the spot.

What have you got hidden away please?

Open to anything Hugh, but I’m not in the 750SS arena.o_O
I have seen some lovely bikes £29-40k but not quite hit the spot….yet!
(Including John F’s bikes at MII, Stowmarket.)

Condition must be original spec (as far as poss) or have original parts included.

In order of preferences
# 1973/75 (ish) 750 Sport
# 900 super sport (earlier the better)

Or if I can’t find one then possibly even a Guzzi
# 750s or a
# first edition Le Mans (round light)

Happy to travel for right machine.

Thanks again (really, I’m very grateful) but no, I’ll hang out for a 750 sport for a while longer, although it’s a case of diminishing returns. There can’t be too many left, I’ve seen four in the flesh, and each requires a significant amount of cash to bring it up to my wants.

There’s nowt as expensive as a cheap Ducati.

Thank you
