Shame for sure but I can't help but feel he's just that lil bit old school to cut it with the new gen for to much longer . A year off won't help his future in gp at all.
Great picture though and a truly great rider/sportsman.

I'd be surprised if he came back to GP's, there's always young up coming talent waiting in the wings. I'd heard he was going to spend some time in the Italian Moto X series.
Probably one of only a few riders that have locked horns with Marquez, and come out on top.
