Pouring with rain, snow on the ground, 30 mile ride in the dark, not the first run i'd hoped for.
Had booked with john at morpeth motorcycles for an mot, he called to say; because of the flooding they had had to shut the mot garage.
He gave me the number of steve richardson in hadston( outside morpeth) just started doing bike mot's.
He mentioned kevin in amble? ducati mad...are you here?
Anyway, said journey came to a superb ending even through the heaviest rain i've ever riden through. Bike spluttered and mis-fired a little but held on. MOT attained, tax bought bike is mine....result..
wd40 and polish all round today followed by a nice run through northumberland..hey presto i'm a ducati owner/rider.
