End of Mallory Park?

It is an undeveloped, scruffy and inadequate place to ride modern motor bikes, been there three times, none were enjoyable (last one was freebie). The best bit of the track was emaciated years ago and there are no other things worth travelling for. Better?

Always hidden agenda's in the background.

Never mind that hundreds of jobs and millions of pounds worth of income are in question - similar to Croft circuit.

Housing then?

....................but, as usual, if you don't use it you lose it. It wasn't used enough because it's not very nice.............

Close it and spend £280m in fekkin Wales on a new racetrack ! They must be putting a roof on it then.....Wales wtf !

I found it a boring circuit large circle with an added wee kink almost like a speedway circuit , mind started wandering by the third lap.

It used to be good before the bus stop chicane and then all the other poxy chicanes came along. Gerrards was a brilliant corner, brains in the toolbox style but rember the bikes were way down on the power they're putting out now.
That's not the point though, they could reduce the capacities to suit the track for safety reasons, classic bikes would have no problem or up to 600's even. All the chicane's were brought in after fatalities unfortunately and the track has limited run off hence the chicanes. The real problem i have is that this is all due to local residents complaints and to me it's the thin end of the wedge. Croft suffered the same fate due to nimbies and it burns my blood when you let these arseholes dictate. The track was there 1st for christ sake.
Imagine if you moved house next to an airport and complained about the noise
