I think the hands on part (as in the mechanics and riders) were working well.
The problems are down to the sponsors not paying up / falling out with the team management / money not getting to the team / the team not paying the riders, mechanics etc.
I will ask Guinters at Silverstone whats going on but I hope he can get another ride (apparently Toni Elias has left his team in Moto 2 ! and there was an empty seat in the HRC squad but I think thats been taken now!)

Guinters confirmed with Pata
Guinters has confirmed his attendance at silverstone on the Pata Ducati. The Pata team are now running two bikes for the rest of the year with Lorenzo Zanetti as he other member of the team.
Sounds like Ducati may have helped this deal move along a bit but its still good news that hes got a ride and Team Pata seem happy to invest in WSB.

So was i and heard a lot of complaints about people paying £30 for a pit lane walk that was more like a 30 minute forced march with NO riders in the garages.
I had a paddock pass that cost £25 but the security wouldnt let us into any of the stands near the paddock so you couldnt actually watch any racing! They are the same clowns that cocked up the olympics. If you wanted to watch the racing from a grandstand you had to get the bus back to the outfield.
Worst of all was that they wouldnt let anyone shelter under the 'wing' when it was chucking it down- VIPs only ( er the 'vip's' were in hospitality, not outside in the rain) They even turned away a family with 2 young kids who then got drenched trying to get back to some shelter.
I Think there will be a few complaints in MCN this week.
Any motorcycling event at silverstone is a very poor second to F1 and they treat the fans as such. Doubt there was ten thousand there yesterday and to be honest i doubt i will attend either the motogp or wsb next year as its to bloody expensive.... Especially as its going to cost £25 to par the car.

It was my first time Silverstone as I had always thought it was too far from home. We bought roving grandstand tickets £40 inc parking which I didn't think were too bad, although a lot of the stands we went to were part locked up. I think because there were so few folks there they herded everyone into the grandstands that show on the TV. We were nice and dry in the start finish stand.

Efenebert Liberty Racing will complete the 2012 World Superbike Championship season with not one of the three riders it began the year with after announcing Maxime Berger has been dropped from its team.
The Frenchman was the only remaining member of Effenbert Liberty's original three rider line-up after Sylvain Guintoli was dropped ahead of Brno and Jakub Smrz was released at the Nurburgring, but with two events of the 2012 season still to go, Berger is also out of the team.
Citing a 'breach of contract' in its statement, Effenbert Liberty will now complete the final two rounds with Brett McCormick, who came into the team from the second round before taking a lengthy period out throughout injury, and Lorenzo Lanzi, who replaced Smrz at the Nurburgring.
Following a solid debut WSBK season with Supersonic Ducati in 2011, Berger switched to Effenbert Liberty Ducati for 2012 and has thus far notched up a best finish of fifth at Silverstone."
I Will be amazed if we see them next year but who the hell would want to ride for them after their 'man management' this year?
