I had an optometrist guide me thru a path of enlightenment. Turns out, when you look at something, it is actually in mirror image, so opposite, and upside down! And your eyes use something called a diabolical reflex to make it look normal. This does go someway to explain the way my wife looks at me, but I digress…So it seems we are living inside a giant globe where the ocean depths are actually high and the mountains, deep! This is freaking me out and I am going outside now to take a look!

Oh yes, acid rain, back in the 1980s, was going to cause the end of the world as we know it - funny we hear no mention of it nowadays.
The global population has still gone from 4 billion in 1975 to 8.5 billion today though. And many believe that to be an under-estimate of at least 3 billion in today's more mobile world where billions of third world births still go unregistered.
