One way in and out, boarded by train tracks West and North and the A40 to the South.... very strange access set up.

My friend Tilly, who passed away recently, bought a GSXR1100 slabbie from him. I remember him picking it up and pulling a huge wheelie down the slip road onto the A40!
He crashed it the next day and broke his thumb!!

I nearly bought an SP2 from Chris Walkers Kawasaki about 3 years back when i got my compensation from my incident in 2016, it was mint condition and very low miles, i can't remember exactly, nice, i alway's remember some years back being down at Crescent Suzuki Verwood and a guy pulled up on one, it kind of stuck with me for some reason!!

A mate of mine had a SP1 when I had a gixxer 750, we swapped a few times, the Honda was great out in the sticks away from traffic, low speed fueling was fucking horrendous, but Honda I think got the fueling much better for the SP2, Simon got rid of it because of the fueling issue and got the new(then) Gixxer thou.

Seems a fair price? Honda XL500 R, itialian import, rebuilt top end, £3,795. The only puzzlement for me is it was an italian import in 2014, not registerd in the U.K. till 2018 but the mot history shows mot's since 2015. They show only about 20 kms since 2015 to 2021. Anyway

The SP1 -Y was just the model year code for a Honda, the blade for 2000/2001 was RRY as was the blackbird etc.My buddy in the know reckons the much unknown about SP-Y (Before the SP1) is the one to have.
