All the Valentino bashing on here is really starting to pi$$ me off, you can't post anything but all it gets is abuse and sarcasm.
Can't we have at least one thread on him were all the Rossi haters can just butt out, if you don't like him don't say nowt.

I said he'll need luck because he's at the end of his career and up against someone younger, on form, and on the same bike ;)

must agree with trish, a couple of bad seasons and people forget the massive entertainment he has given to the sport cant agree with mbg though i got banned for giving my opinion a while back, that milovan whatever laddie seams to rule the roost, hes a dab hand with a camera though oops just my opinion !

:):p:D Nooooo Chiz I like Jorge I want them to be an awesome team and kick the crap out of everybody else, with Vale in front of course lol.
Most of all I want the Motogp back to what it used to be when racing meant just that. Not all this he pushed in front of me / and he cut me off shenanigans we get now. At least when we had the battles the races were exciting.
 
It'll be interesting to see what Dovi can do with the Duke, I personally think #46 will leave them with a damn good base machine, afterall I think that's what they employed him for or am I mistaken :dunno:

I'm really looking fwd to the coming season...........Spain vs Italy with a little bit of British Bulldog and American Eagle thrown in can't wait :thumbs:

Seems the only one who doesnt like opinions is you Miles, I was just posting up a pic of Rossi of his last time on the Ducati !!
Yes I like Rossi and yes I have a Rossi helmet but im not a fanatic who lives and breathes only Rossi. Surely if its a free voice your opinion forum then we, and you should be able to do so .Its only when it turns into silly childish slagging off of Rossi and his supporters that it does ma heid in.
That last comment you made is a playground " ma dads better than your dad " reply.
And on that im out canny be bothered with all this hastle when posting a simple picture.

Trish, since you insist on making it personal, you didn't even state an opinion in your first post. I made a comment about Rossi needing luck, which I think I've qualified, and drew attention to his dire record at Ducati and suddenly I'm a "Rossi hater" (your words). What were we supposed to do? Fawn over Rossi's amazing two years at Ducati?

The world isn't black and white (or red and yellow) like that though, I've spoken of how I respect Rossi's record until Ducati before, but it doesn't matter how many world championships he won, it doesn't make failing to get a single win on the Desmo look any better.

I posted a link to Rossi fan club, because that's just about the only place on the internet where people aren't going to offer differing opinions about Rossi and his time at Ducati.
 
I was gonna post wishing Rossi good luck for next season but don't want that to get taken the wrong way!

I'll wish him a better time at Yamaha than he has had a Ducati! Fingers crossed that he can get back to winning ways nobody wants to see him circulating mid pack! He should be battling at the front. It'll be tough but if anyone can do it Rossi can!!

For the record Trish everybody needs a bit of luck every once in a while!
 
Dont give a toss who vale rides for, will still support him like i have since he buggered off for a @@@@ at the end of a gp:lol2:
if everyone liked the same rider gp's would be even more boring than they are noo.
aye he has had a shit time on the duke but the bike has been goin backwards since the one yr stoner got the fiker to work. According to anyone who has been on it it is getting better noo so hope for the future
 
boys and girls.......I'm not that keen on a fight unlike Chiz, but we must keep all in perspective, MOTO GP is a sport, we all champion different riders, Rossi has been fantastic, Casey is bowing out when he could carry on winning, Jorge is a superb rider and will be so for a number of years...Vale is away back to Yamaha and no doubt he will be well on the pace and back on the podium, some like me like him immensley cos he is a bit daft and such a good hand, lets all just look fwd to next season and see how it pans out...one thing is for sure and that is we should not fall out about it....it's not life and death and with sunday's rememberance day coming up maybe our thoughts should be in a more important place...There is one thing that bonds us here, we have chosen to ride the best bike, a v twin, Ducati the best of Italy, we are lucky to have this passion available to us so let us celebrate that fact ....:)




I'll get me coat and clear me desk (again).....:eek:
 
Colz, FFS forgot aboot the "rich feckers" with a V4, they are of course included in the "lucky" club!!:D
