Guy i used to work with called me last night (he only does if ever he's got a problem) - so hes got a 70 odd plate KTM Duke 125 which is slowly dissolving underneath him as he never cleans it - todays problem was a seized front caliper. Helped him get it all working again....til next time. SXV decided not to start...again....so thatll be coming apart on monday....

Spent the evening having a laugh and kitting another new biker out .. my son is luke and his friend is luca and has been with him from play school to now as mates and he's coming up to finishing serving his time as a sparks .. great kid who has always been mad about moto GP and his Italian heritage.. so this week he jumped on purchasing an MT07 which i went to look at with him even though he hasn't money for clothing to start lessons.. I rang a few mates to see if anyone had the usual gear lying in the wardrobe that will never see the light of day again.. all he needs now is boots and gloves .. bikers are the bomb 
now their is a third mate chomping at the bit but at 6'6" he's fucked for hand me downs .. its great to see another generation showing interest in motorcycles

I just found out that a week's holiday I booked last November to Menorca in six weeks time has gone up from £796 each to £1350 each.
Now it could be other factors, but the price of jet fuel might have a bearing........
I should point out that the price rise is for new bookings, and doesn't affect me as I paid my price off in January (after Elsie got her excess anxiety payment sorted)
