Head Repairs

Hi I am not from the North but this seems to be the best UK Ducati site so I hope that you don't mind me joining.

A have a 93 900SS that has had a coming together of pistons & valves and I need the heads repairing and new valves fitting, can anybody recommend a head specialist and/or the best place for valves.

yes I can but you will realy have to pester the bloke to get it done

Amac Engineering in Northalerton.
My 916sp dropped a valve and it chewed the head and holed the piston.
He welded and machined the Head and supplied four new forged valves fitted the new valve guides
I have some before and after pictures but cannot find them.

All that work and the four new valves cost me £430, I could have got a normal 916 head for that but I wanted the SP head and they are like rocking horse poo. He has just got me four more valves for the other head.
