B822 - 'The Crow Road' - Clachan of Campsie to Kippen via Fintry

Good summer road.

Steep climb from Clachan with righthand hairpin at top, flowing over the Campsies, with twistys down to Fintry. Fintry to Kippen starts with flowing roads gradually getting more twist as they climb to Kippen. Two good Pubs in Kippen and a Cafe.

The road from Clachan to Fintry is good at start and finish with some minor degradation over the top of the Campsies. Road from Fintry to Kippen is spot-on, apart from leaves in autumn/ winter. Watchout for sheep on both roads.

did the road again a couple of weekends ago - both ways - a bit bumpy over the top a clachan but its still great

Certainly worth a blast now lads they've resurfaced it over the top.

further re-surfacing done on the Crow road section last week. Again watch out for sheep, naive lambs!
